Incorrect ebucks allocations Again.

Hi, my ebucks allocations was done once again incorrectly. I'm given 2000 points short for not having loans/revolving facility with FNB where I in fact do have and have always got those points. Then also I made a R151 fnb connect airtime purchase on 31/09/2020 that 500 points is also not given, thus I'm supposed to be on reward level 5, it only reflects 9500 points that's incorrect. Its supposed to be 11500points according to the facts. Have a look if you don't believe me, I did make the prepaid purchase on the 31st specifically to get those extra points. Kindly correct this and allocate my short supp**** ebucks. Thank you
