Incorrect details on credit card order

I emailed FNB card division requesting a new card to be delivered to my nearest branch and even stated the name of the branch on my email. I received an email this morning advising that my card was sent to the embossing department. The first mistake was my surname was incorrect. I changed my surname over a year ago and I surprised that this was not noted by credit card division. Then the delivery details were incorrect even though it was stated on my initial email request. Then to make things worse the contact details like email, work and home telephone number belonged to a person in Pietermaritzburg.I am so disappointed with what had happened and fear to think how many other unsuspecting customers this happens to.
It also raises the question of how safe is our information with banks, seeing that the amount of ***** had sky rocketed in recent times.
How do our details get mixed up when attached to the email was my email for the card request? Are the employees of FNB adequately trained and knowledgeable? I understand that mistakes do happen as we are all human but when it comes to confidential information, we all need to be extra careful.
