Incorrect Default Judgement on a Prescribed Loan

Prescribed Debt I took out Fnb loan in 2016 and I lost my job in 2017 and I thought it has been covered by credit protection policy after communication with the Bank Call Centre regarding my job loss. 2021 November, I had a default Judgement on my Profile. I have never received calls or Notice to appear or any communication from the bank. National Credit Act says the opposite.
