incorrect debit order not returned to me - FNB Personal Loans

Hi Team, I have tried multiple times to get in contact with someone to assist with a debit order for a personal loan debit order through FNB that went from my account and has not been credited back to my account because the personal loan in question has been paid up in full. The amount was R607 and some few cents, Please arrange that someone contacts me or return my funds back into my account.

Basically I had a personal loan with FNB, I paid the Loan in full as per "settlement" value, my account was STILL debited R607 and has not been returned back to me, this happened last week already and no one has been able to assist me?????
