Incorrect debit order date

I’m very much fustrated with FNB making debit orders on dates I didn’t sign up for. My debit order date is 25th and if falls on a weekend it’s the last business day before the 25th twice now they have debited my account to an FNB loan account before the 25th whiles it falls on a normal business day. Such an inconvenience.

The first they did this it was my brothers wedding when I thought I still had money for the gift then FNB took this time my account was debited on the 22nd where as the 25th is in a Monday the last money I had for my daughter then they took it. And when I called for immediat reversal I was told it can only happen in 24hrs

I hate this soo much, I’m forced to move my monies the week before the 25th because they take it anytime.

I’m dead frustrated this is still my money just because I’m banking it in the bank that doesn’t take my right over it.
