Incorrect Debit Order Date

My account has been debited on the incorrect day and i need my money reversed today please, I have a personal loan account, and the debit order date is the last day of the month why would you debit my account a week earlier why must I complain first for assistance. The app is useless, no one can assist you then they disconnect you. Please tell me why it is still worth my time Banking with you as a premier client when i need to complain every other month. Banking with you has really gone down. I am an unhappy client. Maybe i should just move my accounts.
