Incorrect debit order date

In November 2020 I signed up for a new contract for a smar****ch and indicated my debit order date should be the 25th. In Dec and Jan my debit order did not go off on my preferred date. I updated the debit order date on the app, which indicates it is the 25th, but I was debited on the 1st. Please assist to resolve this soonest.
