Incorrect Debit Order Date

<p>I requested a debit order date change on April 18th from 25th to last day of month due to change in salary date, namely 30th April or 28th April taking into account weekend. A nameless (general mail and no name left on signature) consultant confirmed that this would be done with additional interest. And asked for my permission to go ahead. I confirmed (same day and time) that this is fine and date should be changed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I didnt get a response back and I assumed that everything was fine. Debit order went off on the 25th and bounced back because of insufficient funds. I have charges on my statement now.</p> <p> </p> <p>The debit order eventaully went off 28th, the correct date, but liekk i said, I incurred charges because of the inital incorrect debit.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst part is that no one has responded to my mails as to why the debit order went off on wrong date. Of the two mails I have sent querying this error, I have only recieved automated emails telling me someone will respond to me within 24 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one has responded to take responsibilty thus far. Ironically, I received automated phone calls telling me my Bond installment did not go through. But nothing on how my charges will be refunded. </p>
