incorrect debit order and useless secure chat
once again! secure chat is of no use to anyone and a waste of space on banking app i have a credit card that i have a debit order in place to pay i was debited R144 for my credit card this month, however the interest charged is R268 and top up is R119 - how can you debit less than what the interest and charges are? this is how people go into debt and next thing ill be listed as a bad payer - after i have had 2 months of drama with FNB cant even get a debit order right?

she cannot advise ont he secure chat that does not work, tried to make a fool of me by teling me that the amount charged is included in my minimum monthly instalment that is debited, how in the world is R144 (debited) including the costs that came up to R404?
how will you ever finish pay for a credit card that interest and charges are higher than the debit?
apart from cutting me off everytime i opened my mouth, this lady then said she will check something - you hear from her tone that she sees and acknowledges im not talking nonsense and her explanations make no sense at at all she then says she will call me back? then in same breath someone senior will call me back?
after 2 months of FNB drama, i cant even go into a new month with better service? i have a debit order in place that should cover costs, interest, top up protection and facility fees
