Incorrect debit order

I have a student loan for the past few years with FNB. For that period the same amount has gone off from a debit order. Suddenly this month, the debit order amount trippled!!!!! Trying to contact the loans/collections department, I get different (rude) consultants every time I call, and nobody takes responsibility to assist me. This is the poorest experience of my life, dealing with FNB
