Incorrect debicheck mandate delaying bond signing process

I posted a Hello Peter review on Thursday regarding a homeloan debicheck mandate that went through to my account and not my husband’s. My private banker made one perfunctory call to me and then, because he had to get to a meeting, emailed me asking for the necessarily documents. I sent those through two business days ago. No acknowledgment. No rectification of the debicheck mandate. The bond attorneys cannot proceed because you are using the incorrect account. I am not happy with this. Firstly, I am a private client but get no service. Secondly, you are delaying the entire process. Thirdly you are in breach of contract because you refuse to follow simple instructions. Investec begged for our business and standard bank offered better rates than FNB but we chose to stay with our home bank. No. I want this to be resolved by close of business today. Or at least some form of acknowledgment or way forward. This is shameful. “Private” clients is a sham. You don’t seem to be interested in taking care of me when I need you.
