incorrect data to credit bureaus

Reporting duplicates of same account to credit bureaus with different balances.

Transactional account closed in May, but still reporting outstanding balance to credit bureaus, even though account obviously was settled at time of closure. This account appears 3 times on all credit bureaus.

Bond appears in duplicate with different balances at all credit bureaus.

Attempted to contact via website forms - but they don't work on Safari - and no response received when I did manage to submit it.
