Incorrect Credit Report Information

My credit report shows an over due FNB Temp loan account, this account was settled about 3 years ago and now its showing 9 months over due. I have been calling FNB to get this resolved and I keep being transferred from 1 department to another.

First called the customer service ***, to be told to call *** after being bounced to 3 consultants I was given *** to also being told the person that can resolve this is Abigail on ***. I'm sitting here still the issue is not resolved
