Incorrect credit bureau information

I am now fed up with FNB I have been on the phone for the last 2 months trying to resolve a issue with a FNB connect account, fnb updated my credit bureau with incorrect information and this is affecting me negatively and they just can't seem to get me to speak to the people handling these issues
