incorrect charges for the past year. Please be be aware of FNB!!!

Today marks the 4th week and my simple query is not resolved, FNB has been **********ly billing me for something I did not request or ask for, for the past year. ref ***NF I have been patient enough Brenda Alexandra, I do not want to deal with her anymore whoever gets this please tell her not to bother calling me. I want to deal with her manager directly. It doesn't take 4 weeks to resolve a billing query.
