Incorrect charge leaving account overwithdrawn

Can someone please reverse that "item unpaid" for R150 as i do not understand what its for???my debit orders where only due for the 20th so please rectify the charge.

Also can someone please advise why fnb is declining me for a homeloan preapproval when i have been preapproved elsewhere for R1.4m homeloan? You know my finances better but im shocked by the decline. Should i now go try another bank?
