INCORRECT CASH DEPOSIT FEE DEDUCTIONS - FNB PLATINUM BUSINESS ACCOUNT

I have a Platinum business account with FNB and last month I had a problem with them deducting 2 x cash bulk fees of R6400 through my account. These were incorrect deductions. The deductions were eventually reversed out my account, but surprise surprise, once again the same issue this month except this time R6500 deducted 30/11/2024. Now I am not able to fully fulfill my customer orders because this bank is incapable of capturing the correct service fee structure for my account. As soon as I sort out this problem I will be closing my business account and going to a bank that operates ethically.
