Incorrect Business Card Embossing

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the printing of my new business card. My company name is 31 letters long. I explicitly requested the card to read less than 27 a professional name that would make sense to fit your system constraints. Instead, FNB printed a truncated name which makes no sense., which looks highly unprofessional.Because this is a bank error and directly contradicts my explicit instructions, I require FNB to issue a corrected replacement card immediately and waive any replacement or courier fees.
