INCORRECT BOND CANCELLED

I have been struggling since last week for somebody in HOME LOAN CANCELLATIONS DEPT to realise their mistake. Its not rocket science - I sent through a form that stipulated a home loan that I gave notice to cancel and somebody went ahead and cancelled another (INCORRECT) home loan on my profile. Then I get told by a customer consultant that I must get hold of the attorneys and sort it out - I THINK NOT!
