Incorrect Billing and Account Balance

I m on debt review and according to the court order, my account should have been paid up by now as I've never missed a payment and have been paying more than the required amount.

I reached out to FNB Debt Review Centre over a month ago and no one is willing to assist me. The only answer I got was that "the balance is correct" but it's incorrect.

All I want is for FNB to correct my account and refund me the excess payments made, is that too much to ask for?
