Incorrect Billing

I wrote a review here on the 4th of July 2022 requesting a refund as I have overpaid my loan account. On the 26th, I was told that after a recon had been completed, I owe R3 525. I rep**** to your mail advising that the calculation is incorrect, on the same day. More than a week later, I am yet to receive a reply from you.

My loan term was 60 months. I've paid for more than 70 months. I have never missed a single payment AND I've always paid more than the required amount. How then am I still owing you?

Please correct your records and refund me what's due to me.
