Incorrect Bank Notification

I am so frustrated with repeating myself. From July to date i have been receiving FNB Notifications of an account i do not own that ends with 296169. I reported the matter to my banker Sikhumbuzo Ndlovu. He then referred the matter to Thobile Mhlanga. Multiple follow ups have been made to no progress. How was my number added on someone's profile? Are they receiving notifications on their account? Remove my number on this individuals profile. I have been banking with FNB for a long time to now, in 2025, to receive notifications of an account i do not hold. It makes me question if, could someone be receiving a notification of my banking activities?
