Incorrect Bank Charges

I ha e been asking for someone to explain to me what makes up the service fees on my cheque account!! I.e When ever i purchase a lotto ticket on the app FNB immediately deduct the bank charges! But at the end of the month i am being charged for service fees??? What is being charged under this?? I am being charged double for bank charged and i want my money back!!!!
