INCORRECT BANK ACCOUNT OPENED

I was asked by Noma Nkosi to open an account and deposit my salary in order to transfer my bond. I was later informed by Johan De Waal that the incorrect account was opened by Noma. I have requested the closure of that account several times and still, the account is not closed. I am now incurring bank charges on an account that is not needed or required. Pathtic service deivery
