Incorrect balances

Pathetic service and seems very shady trusting anything on the banking app.

I check my balance regularly and process transactions based on my available balance. I see the funds gets reserved for any transactions and I continue with life.

A week later my account mysteriously goes into a negative balance for a transaction that already had funds reserved and I get charged unpaid fees.

I contact the secure chat and instead of a simple explanation I am provided details about ledger balance as if I need an accounting degree to use a banking app.

It seems simple to me... If there is an available balance... You have funds!!!!!
