Incorrect balance on credit bureau
Good day
May I kindly have assistance with the updating of the oustandaing loan with the credit bureau. Payments are being made regularly however the correct details are nor been updated with the relevant credit bureau.FNB is quick is list defaulted payments as being handover and endeavours from my side are being made to settle this outstanding loan. Current loan balance is R 23000 but accordingly to transuion the incorrect balance amount u of R 35 632 is reflected. Why is the amount not being updated monthly. Please assist
