Incorrect balance after transfer, where is my money going??

I transfered R3646 from one account to another account and all of a sudden the balance is another R3329 less?? How can the balance available just changed with another R3329 after the transfer??? Where did that money go to. The transfer was from my flexibond to my credit card.
