Incorrect Arrears Listing on Revolving Credit Account
I have been experiencing this issue for nearly two months and, despite multiple attempts through the appropriate channels, it remains unresolved.
My debit order for my revolving credit account was successfully deducted on 31 December 2025, and this payment is clearly reflected on my revolving credit account statement. Despite this, the account was incorrectly marked as “in arrears”.
As a result of this error, my eBucks payout was withheld and my credit score was negatively affected. After extensive back-and-forth with both the eBucks and Loans departments, the eBucks payout was eventually corrected and paid.
However, the core issue remains unresolved. My banking app and my credit report still reflect an arrears listing on this account.
What is particularly concerning is that every consultant I have spoken to via Secure Chat, email, and telephone has confirmed that they can see no valid reason for an arrears listing, as all my accounts are in good standing.
This appears to be a system error, yet I have been unable to get it corrected. I have been informed multiple times that:
The relevant departments have been notified (on at least four occasions)
My query has been escalated
Further action would be taken
Despite these assurances, no corrective action has been taken and no feedback has been provided.
I am simply requesting that this incorrect arrears listing be investigated, corrected, and removed from my banking profile and credit record as a matter of urgency.
I would prefer not to escalate this publicly or leave a negative review, but at this point the standard support channels have failed to resolve the issue, leaving me with no alternative.
