Incorrect Amounts Dispenced.

On 26 Feb 2021 I tried I withdrew R900 and the ATM dispensed R400.

Today 1 March 2021 I withdrew R1000 and the ATM dispensed R500.

I reported both transactions on my app and no reversal has taken place.

Customer Helpline is automated and not effective.

This is utter nonsense.How long am I supposed to wait to get my money back.

Fnb had serious issues lately.
