Incorrect amount deducted

I purchased fuel with my credit card yesterday where an incorrect amount was deducted.<br> I obtained a receipt from the merchant confirming the amount they charged for the fuel. They charged a total of 30.04 Euros, and it currently costs 1.479 Euro per litre.<br> However R1572. 96 was deducted from my account. This is almost tripple the amount that I should've paid even after applying the exchange rate! I called the call centre immediately to query this (twice, spoke to Frank and Dumusani), and they told me to complete a dispute form. This after I told them I'm in Italy and don't have access to print!!!!! I also emailed the receipt to [Email Removed] mailbox. How about that for assisting a client stuck in foreign country?
