Incorreclty paid funds to the wrong beneficiary after house was sold.......
We sold our house a few months ago. only to find out that there was a credit due on the account which ended up being refunded to the transferring attorneys, instead of myself or my ex-husband. Sadly the attorneys have been liquidated and we are unable to get the funds back. I logged a complaint to *** over a week ago and has not had so much as a phone call.
We require the funds that were paid to the attorneys undone and paid out as it should have been in the first place. We were not contacted to confirm the account information at any time.
this was negligent on FNB's behalf and should be corrected with immidiate effect.

27 Jul 2020, 13:27Was contact the next evening only to inform that the query had been received and allocated to a consultant who will contact me. Since then it has been roughly 5 more days. the consultant that contacted me was most helpfull and understanding stating that the matter would be investigated. Last week Wed, Banzi phoned me back to advise that the he would be able to process and resolve the matter as soon as forms that we needed to sign, were sent back. (this was done on Thursday morning)
Have heard nothing since, followed up again this morning, no reply. Definitely not sorting out everything in one go....
