INCORECT DEBIT ?

Had a debit on my credit card . No one can tell me what's it about . It said life disability. Firs time ever this debit was done . I never agreed to it. The Credit card department and life department kept transferring me to each other but no one can answer me . I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with no answer .
