incoorect deduction from my account

i phoned FNB this morning to reverse o FNB :-) R300.00 paid from cheq a/c..153074 @ Eft. Avail R5816. ***. 29Jul 00:00 that was deducted on my account spoke to the lady gave me ref RQ*** she told me that she can only reverse the debit oder but cant stop it she gaveme the number to call that company was shoved from pillar to post this ***** going on my account so am asking you as my bank to please stop that debit oder if you can you leave me with no choice but to change banks cant be calling in every month for debit oder to be reverse because you as my bank you cant am telling you this is *****
