Inconvenient, lack of effort to resolve problems

I have been a customer for many years and the banking industry is very competitive but the level of knowledge that the private bankers have is shocking. I have had 2 cards cancelled and I left stranded for no apparent reason and no one is willing to fix the problem asap. Why do I have to go to a branch to do a service that you messed up? I am not a complainer but this needs to be fixed asap.
