Inconveniencing Bank

They have put my business account on hold because of a misunderstanding between themselves and their client whom I happen to be her legal constructor as per a signed Power of Attorney. I am unable to proceed with my projects and the worst of it all is that they never even contacted me and notify me of such as I am their client. I am so disgusted by FNB. What's worse is that the person who phoned in and opened a case is not the account holder.
