Inconvenienced client

I am not happy with how things are handled. I came to collect a bank card because I opened an account on the phone.

I was not informed that my Easy account would be closed if it was not active for the period of 3 months.

I have not been employed from the year 2018 till now. I am disappointed with the treatment I have received from this bank.

I doubt I will use this bank again.
