Inconvenience

I opened a easy Zero debit account about a year ago and has been working well but yesterday I tried to withdraw and I was informed my account has been frozen. I than went into the branch and I told notifications have been sent to me but I did not receive. Apparently they have another number on their system but money notifications come to my number. How on earth is that possible. They cannt even explain. I had to sit in the branch while they try to figure out their mess. It's really an inconvenience... They even explain why I cannt withdraw my own money...
