INCONVENIENCE BANKING

I went to Alex Mall FNB JULY 1st and asked them to please ensure that my bank charges are deducted month end going forward.

The idiots agreed and said they have fixed it however today 2021/07/15 the charges were deducted from my account , WHY????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

IF ITS NOT THEIR SLOW APP ITS THEIR SERVICE IM ****IN LOOKING AT REBANKING WITH CAPITECH CAUSE IM OVER THIS ****!!!!!!!!!!
