I changed phones so I need my device to be delinked I called the customer care which told me I failed security questions, I need to go to a branch. 1st of all who’s gonna remember when their lady atm withdrawal was date and amount? I mean how often does a person withdraw money? Not only that “what are your ebucks spend or earned transactions “ how the **** am I supposed to know? I can’t access my money because I have to go to a branch and I work during the week so it can only be weekend. What an inconvenience 🤬🤬🤬
