Inconvenience and *************
Ibnees someone to active the cancelled card that is cancelled without my permission as I am un able to use my card.
I am expecting a Fusion card to be delivered, its not delivered yet but where the card is , is activated without my permission.
I called my banker, contact center, chat live was even worse transferred my chat to more than 6 bankers without any help.
Made purchase into a shop and card declined when I check it’s no longer active , I am un able to use the cheque card because someone cancelled the card.
card delivery division couldn’t track where the activated card is and who activated he card.
Who activated the card without my permission and where is this activated fusion card

You may keep the activated card to you guys but I need to use the card that i ve got.
Escalating the matter does not buy my necessities FNB.
