Inconvenience

I can’t begin to describe how disappoint let alone annoyed at FNB right now. I log into my internet banking so I can make an urgent payment. I keep getting an error saying I’ve reach my daily limit, I find this strange because I know for a fact that there’s no way I’ve reach my daily limit on my internet banking. I verify by check my daily limits. I then call FNB so I can find out why I’m unable to make the deposits despite not reaching my daily limit. I’m then told it’s because I’m using a different browser/laptop and I have to authenticate.. at this point I’m confused.. not really understanding the logic behind this as I thought the whole point of having internet banking is to be able to bank from wherever I am. The lady then explains it’s from security reasons, so I ask her if I can authenticate over the phone and she says yes but you will only be able to make the deposit in the next 4 hours… at this point I’m livid because I need to have made payment before end of business 16\10\2017, needless to say it 12 hours later and I still cant make this really urgent deposit! What ********** service! It’s all good and well that they take every security measure possible but not if it’s at the clients inconvenience!

Regards Really Really frustrated Client.
