Inconsistent information

Don't tell me about your 48hrs turn around time, I have submitted a claim on the 10th of May 2021, received few reference and upon making a follow up I was asked if I have send through documents which I did, the 11th I phoned again just to check if my all documents have been received and I was again being asked same questions, after being irriated that's when I was told documents have been received, my issue is I was told that I will get constant feedback of progress of my claim but to my dismay it's me who keep on phoning, I am really unhappy with this service
