Inconsistent and pathetic service

I'm still awaiting management to contact me with regards to my credit life insurance.inconsistent approval with claim and worse and it's people from the same Company and they think that colleagues don't discuss these issues.i have my cheque credit card and life insurance with FNB and I will not be paying anything till the issue and I will change me bank.dont recommend FNB to anyone as they are Terrible with their customer service.
