Inconsistency on their processes

i went to FNB at clearwater to do a 32 day notice i was assisted by Reaben Mogopo, who pretended to be busy while i was waiting in the queue, it is only when another coloured gentleman asked if i have been helped and asked to go to him then only he assisted.

so i gave him my Id and advised i would like to put in a notice and he said why didnt i do it on the website so i said i cant since i dont have a password as i only have a 32 day notice with you, he then says did you try.so i said you can show maybe i am missing something and he then states its fine. he then asks me for a statement from my bank.so i explain to him i have been using this account for a while and he is the first to want a statement he says its process he cant help me.so i ask for a manager the TL comes Nowbeko Mavundla and with attitude she says its a process that has been there since 2013 and it is not her fault the other branches have not comp****, ALL THEY DO IS MAKE SIGN THAT IT IS CORRECT.

the staff we not interested in assisting in any way, in actual fact they say go to the ATM and get a statement as we cant assist you without one. its so funny how no one has ever requested one.CLOSE aCCOUNT PLEASE
