Inconsistency, looking after the rich
o Whom it May Concern<br> <br> On the 22nd of February,the lady who looks after my child was de*****ed while at an FNB ATM, ***, the report back from the ***** department found her negligent for not having looked after her pin and having been \Shoulder surfed\". a total of R3180.00 was taken from the card, after three transactions while she sat in a taxi with no airtime to call the bank. With no more money in her account or on her phone, she was only able to phone the bank on the Monday morning to cancel the card. She had to go into a branch to cancel the card.<br> <br> We have taken the matter forward and I have had numerous conversations with the \"Care\" department *** and the outcome has remained the same. <br> <br> On the 9th of March, a colleague of mine had a similar incident happen to her at a FNB ATM, where she was \"shoulder surfed\" and a total of R3000 was ****** from her account minutes later with her not having cancelled the card in time. Instead of negligence, however. she, as a \"valued client\" has been fully reimbursed by the bank as a show of \"good faith\".<br> <br> Please help me understand how the bank will reimburse the rich white women and will leave the poor black lady who supports"
