Inconsistant InContact Messages

I am very unhappy and worse of all having a ****** agent literally tell me that I am talking ****.<br> <br> Firstly my InContact messages have always been on point, today I wake up to a Salary deposit made into my account as expected.<br> <br> When I check my account nothing is reflecting until now.<br> I asked my co-workers and they are all sorted. I escalate to HR and they confirmed its paid.<br> <br> I call, FNB and I am told that I am talking nonsense. Not one of the agents that I spoke to even took the time to give me 2 seconds and maybe follow up my query.<br> <br> Biotumelo Magagula was the worst, she says its impossible that I got an InContact, just shows how much of systems she knows. <br> <br> I have proof in my emails of the message, if someone is interested to trace via logs and clarify why it was sent? and once my issue is resolved, if it will ever be......
