Inconsiderate servicing

I am a fairly new customer to FNB. Like any other customer, i switched for added benefits and better service. Little did i realize, i was heading for disaster. I am not going to pick on the past experience but this one tops it all! I had my card suspended the week during Valentines weekend due to CLAIMED non-receipt of Fica documents. What i dont understand is that how can one issue a customer without proof of this. Despite, i clearly remember submitting this when the cards was given in my had at my offices. Further to this, how can a customers card be frozen without notice? I would understand if notice was given, where i would have not minded RE-SENDING documents but this was not the case. Why would my account be frozen 4 months down the line? Surely this would have been picked up earlier? FNB does not do me a favour as i pay my bank charges. It was so embarrassing that i had no money to take my partner out on Valentines day and had to to borrow funds from her(where i had money in my account that belong to me). I had go through inconvenience of getting this sorted out, such as police station, scanning etc. i woudnt recommend FNB to anyone & DEMAND COMPENSATION. FNB SUCKS!!!!
