Inconsiderate service

my bond was financed by FNB for a fixed 5 year term. my fixed term came to an end and hoping that my monthly repayments will go down to the normal 10.5% rate i was given 11.5% and nobody could explain why the 1% was added. i opted to swith because im very much not happy. weekend my geyser started leaking, i informed them and i was told to contact outsurance. i contacted outsurance and i was told the access was R2280, how does one pay so much access for a geyser and why pay insurance if the access is the same amount as buying a new geyser myself. what am i really covered for if i pay insurance but its not able to help you.

regards,

charlotte
