Inconsiderate Bank for Small Business owners

I opened a business bank account with FNB in October 2023 only for it to be closed on 08th March 2024 because it was overdrawn by R370! The matter was referred to FNB collectors who to this day have not sent me any correspondence to resolve this matter and have my account reopened despite my several calls to FNB to expedite this matter Considering the lengthy process that it takes to open a small business account with them,I find them to be inconsiderate to close such over such a small debt so quickly😭
