Inconsiderate and no care at all

Almost my whole life I have been with this bank. On the 21st January whilst in a meeting I see a notification of more than 8k . I immediately called the bank indicated that I have my card with me and in a meeting. They gave me a reference number to date never received a call or any form of feedback. This crippled my budget so badly
